Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing customers in the commercial refrigeration space. This role requires a results-driven professional who understands refrigeration systems and has a proven track record in sales, account management, or business development within the HVAC/R or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in the commercial refrigeration sector.

Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, lead generation, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, facility managers, engineers, and decision-makers.

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:

3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in commercial refrigeration, HVAC/R, or a related technical field.

Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, equipment, and industry standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
