Requirements and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process

Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing and networking

Oversee onboarding and orientation programs

Support general HR functions including compliance and employee relations

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

5+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practice.
