We are seeking a dependable and tech-savvy MFA Support Agent to provide remote support for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) issues. This role will primarily support West Coast users, so afternoon and evening availability is essential. You’ll help users troubleshoot login/access problems and ensure smooth authentication experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for MFA-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing system

  • Guide users through setup, recovery, or reset of MFA methods

  • Document support cases and resolutions accurately

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams as needed

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

 

Requirements:

  • Reside in the state of Florida

  • Prior IT support or help desk experience preferred

  • Basic understanding of MFA systems (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator, Duo, Okta)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Reliable internet and remote work setup

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise environments

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk)
