We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting & Administrative Specialist to support our operations and sales teams. This role will be responsible for generating daily production and sales activity reports, assisting with general administrative tasks, and supporting management with accurate data and presentations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a solid accounting background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute daily production reports to management and key stakeholders.

  • Generate and maintain sales activity reports to track performance and trends.

  • Utilize SAP to extract and analyze production, sales, and financial data.

  • Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations in collaboration with the accounting team.

  • Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel dashboards to communicate key metrics and insights.

  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, scheduling, and recordkeeping.

  • Support cross-functional teams by providing accurate and timely reporting to aid in decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or administrative support.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts and formulas) and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with SAP is required.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
