We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations at a skilled nursing facility in Palm Beach County. This leadership role ensures regulatory compliance, drives quality initiatives, and promotes a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork across departments.

Pay Range:

$100,000/yr. - $148,000/yr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of skilled nursing facility operations

• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations

• Oversee quality assurance, risk, and complaint management

• Lead budgeting, staffing, and performance initiatives

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Healthcare or Public Administration (Master’s preferred)

• 5+ years in healthcare operations (Skilled Nursing Facility experience required)

• Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator License

Preferred:

• ACHE or ACHCA fellowship

• Strong leadership and communication skills
