We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within the set budget and timeline.
Pay/Compensation/Details:

$100,000.00 – $140,000.00/yr.
Requirements and Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of residential construction projects from planning to completion

Coordinate and oversee construction activities
-
Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines

Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
-
Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
-
Conduct construction estimating and budgeting
-
Implement project quality control measures
-
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
-
Proven experience in construction project management
-
Proficiency in using Civil 3D, ProCore, Prolog, and other relevant software
-
Strong project scheduling skills

Knowledge of construction management practices

Excellent time management and organizational abilities
-
Must be able to commute between projects in Palm Beach and Martin counties.

Maintain HRIS, employee files, and internal company tools with accurate employee information
-
Assist with recruiting and talent sourcing at the project level
-
Oversee seasonal operations hiring, including partnering closely with operations leadership on recruiting events.

Respond in a timely manner to employee questions and requests related to HR functions including on-boarding, benefits, employment, and payroll.

Support various HR and recruiting projects as needed, including but not limited to updating the applicant tracking system with candidate status, and open positions.

Assist with other HR projects as needed and requested by HR Director, GM, or Project President.

Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable, though comparable work experience will be considered.

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.

Experience with MS Office suite.

Familiarity working w/ H-2 visas highly desired

Workday experience highly desired

Recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience a plus.

Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
