Tazewell County MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER Must have at least 1 yr mechanical assembly experience and 1 yr blueprints reading experience Job Summary -Build generator enclosures by aligning and mounting materials together -Build, assemble, mount or otherwise put together all mechanical components as indicated or directed. -Assemble and connect all wiring components/enclosures as indicated or directed -Read blueprints and schematics -Utilize hand and power tools to assemble large enclosures -Installing bolts and other hardware. -Making fuel pipes using pipe threader -Using power drills to drill holes and install components. -Operating Fork Truck/Man lifts/JLG, etc. -Other duties as assigned If you are going to be late or absent, CALL ENERCON AT 309-427-4777 AND MANPOWER Potential hazard exposures may include: performing awkward or strenuous movements, strains from lifting, work area includes forklifts and other material handling equipment, cuts or abrasions from using hand tools, working around electricity.
