Qualifications - Customer Service Representative
Experience in customer service-Specifically in a manufacturing setting.
Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge
Software skills in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to calculate and apply basic mathematic concepts
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative
Answer customer inquiries concerning products, services, and order status
Obtain customer expectations and react effectively
Interact with production and other business units regarding customer needs
Assist in determining the cause of customer complaints and implementing corrective action
Provide effective communication between company and customer
Maintain vendor managed inventory programs
Create, maintain and publish reports required internally and externally
Perform other administrative duties as required
