Warranty Carpenter/Handyman

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a Warranty Carpenter/Handyman to join a high end custom home builder in the Dallas area.

Warranty Carpenter/Handyman Responsibilities

• Assess repairs needed for warranty work

• Repair minor defects, including trim, hardware, and other minor handyman work

• Assist with scheduling and monitoring trades needed for repairs

• Pick up supplies, open and close job sites, and assisting superintendents, when needed

Warranty Carpenter/Handyman Requirements

• 3+ years experience doing handyman, facility maintenance, or carpentry work

• Valid driver's license

• Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $55,000-60,000/year
