Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is seeking a motivated Business Development Sales Representative for our client, Beach City Lift, an equipment rental company based in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a remote, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone passionate about B2B/B2C sales, with strong communication skills and a solid background in the forklift/equipment industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across Arizona for equipment rentals

• Conduct B2B and B2C sales outreach through field visits, calls, and virtual meetings

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Provide accurate quotes, follow up on leads, and close deals

• Promote and explain equipment offerings, especially forklifts and other heavy rental gear

• Travel throughout the Phoenix area and surrounding regions as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (equipment rental or industrial preferred)

• Forklift industry knowledge or hands-on experience is highly preferred

• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

• Comfortable with traveling and working independently in a remote role

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• No background check or drug screen required

What’s Offered:

• Base salary of $50,000–$60,000 annually
