HVAC Project Manager/Estimator

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a HVAC Project Manager/Estimator for a direct hire role with a commercial HVAC and sheet metal organization located in Portland, OR. The person in this role will estimate commercial and residential projects, assist in schedule, order materials, and maintain customer relationships.

Pay:$80,000-$100,000/year

HVAC Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:

• Estimating of residential, commercial, and property management work

• Project management of estimated projects

• Ensure required paperwork is completed in a timely manner to include work order, quality assurance reports, time cards

• Promoting company core values and company cultures both internally and externally

• Assist scheduling department in the scheduling of manpower and inspections

• Assist in the ordering of material and equipment

• Analyze, review and refine methods, procedures and work flows and make necessary adjustments

HVAC Project Manager/Estimator Requirements:

• The Estimator/Project Manager position requires the ability to estimate and PM both residential and commercial work

• The ability to answer HVAC code questions to clients, staff and others

• The ability to plan and schedule independently, estimate time to complete work, material needed, and coordinate the support staff to assist the work force.

• The ability to troubleshoot problems, coordinate jobs, provide guidance and assistance as needed by staff and clients

• Reliable transportation to go to work sites as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $80,000-$100,000/year
