Project Manager

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic PROJECT MANAGER to join a commercial ground up construction company. This is a direct hire opportunity!

PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop construction schedules with constant monthly look ahead to ensure timely completion of the project

• Prepare initial project estimates and bidding and qualifying subcontractors

• Prepare scopes of work and recommending subcontractors to be selected for contracting on the construction of the project

• Send out invitations to bid and managing the bidding process

• Negotiate scopes of work and final co-ordination with subcontractors

• Monitor compliance with plans and specifications, host weekly and monthly jobsite meetings, and perform other responsibilities necessary for the effective completion of the projects

• Review monthly subcontractor invoices to ensure they are accurate and complete

PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

• Proven Experience as a construction project manager

• Detail oriented individual with track record for completing projects on time and within budgets

• Ability to read blueprints and relevant contract documents.

• Proficient with computers, MS Excel, Estimating, Project Management, Cost Management, I- pad, and web based scheduling and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
