Industrial Maintenance Technician

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a long-term role with a manufacturing company located in Hillsboro, OR. The person in this position will repair and perform preventative maintenance on facility manufacturing equipment under the guidance of a Senior Maintenance Technician.

Pay: $25/hr

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs.

• Rebuild pumps and troubleshoot wastewater systems.

• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of industrial maintenance experience. Other mechanical experience may be considered.

• Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.

• Knowledge of wastewater systems is a plus.

• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours or Saturday shifts for special projects.

• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and minimize production downtime.
