Facility Maintenance Technician

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to add a FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our team to work with multifamily properties throughout the area.

Duties:

• Estimate time and extent of repairs

• Perform routine preventive maintenance

• Grounds maintenance

• Unit turns

• Painting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders or other related fields

• Familiarity with hand and power tools and equipment

• Ability to handle a physical workload, multi-task, and prioritize

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Must pass a background check in accordance with family housing regulations

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
