Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking Porters for our clients across various locations in Arizona.

Job Title: Porter
Pay Rate: $16–$18 per hour
Locations: Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Glendale, Goodyear

Position Summary:
The Porter is responsible for assisting with repairs, renovations, work orders, and a variety of projects to help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property. This role works under the direction of the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate time and scope of repairs

• Perform routine preventive maintenance

• Maintain grounds and common areas

• Complete unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents

• Clean and maintain pool areas

• Assist with painting and moving furniture

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, or related fields

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment

• Ability to manage a physical workload, multitask, and prioritize tasks

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Must pass a background check per family housing regulations
