Machine Operator

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is hiring skilled and motivated Machine Operators for multiple positions at a manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ.

Available Positions:

• Fin Operator

• Press Brake Operator

• Turret Punch Machine Operator

• Copper Tube Machine Operator

• Circuiting Operator

• Coil Expander

• Brazer

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Training will be conducted on the 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machinery following safety protocols and production requirements.

• Set up machines, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

• Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications.

• Maintain accurate production records and ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating one or more of the listed machines is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and tape measure test.
