Your shoes need to have good support as you will be standing for the entire shift ? NO JEWELRY AT ALL INCLUDING WEDDING BAND ? No phones on the production floor. Leave all personal belongings in your car. ? KEYS CAN BE STORED IN ONSITE OFFICE Timekeeping and Attendance: ? YOU MUST CLOCK IN AND OUT EACH DAY. YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW THE LAST 5 DIGITS OF SS # ? Please be advised that there is zero tolerance for tardiness and no shows at this assignment. No shows and tardier will result in immediate termination and may result in denial of unemployment benefits. ? You must call Luxor Staffing 2 hours prior to being late or absent in order to have it not counted against you ? If you walk off the job you will not be paid for the hours you worked that day Shift Times/Workdays/Pay rates: PARK IN MAIN PARKING LOT. MEET LUXOR REPRESENTATIVE TO CHECK IN. ENTER THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND GO IMMEDIATELY TO THE RIGHT TO THE ELWOOD OFFICE TO CLOCK IN AND RECEIVE LINE ASSIGNMENT. Additional Notes: SHIFT IS AN 8 HOUR SHIFT WITH A PAID 30 MINUTE LUNCH – NO ADDITIONAL BREAKS. LUNCH MUST BE IN A CLEAR BAG. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN PARKING LOT, SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS. All accidents and incidents must be reported to Luxor immediately as they occur. Be advised that we conduct post accident & incident drug testing on all parties involved regardless of whether or not they need medical treatment. Please refer to the accident & incident contact sheets for Luxor posted in the facility. Failure to follow post accident & incident protocol or failure of a post accident & incident drug screen will result in denial of all benefits related to the accident or incident and denial of all unemployment benefits.
