Event Setup Team Lead

LSI Staffing is seeking hard working, dependable and trustworthy Team Lead for our client. Responsibilities will include overseeing a team of 3-5 employees on job sites, setting up/tearing down tables, chairs, tents, bounce houses, etc. for a variety of events around town. The Team Lead is expected to work the hardest out of everyone because they will lead by example and keep the team motivated. Must be able to work outside during all types of weather, lift 100 lbs. consistently, and work nights and weekends. A mechanically inclined individual who knows how to use hand tool and is capable of swinging a sledgehammer is preferred. Previous supervisory experience is helpful. You will be required to pass a MVR screen and background check. This is a temp to hire position. Pay will be DOE.
