Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturdays required during busy season:

  • February–October: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • October–February: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

About the Role
We're seeking a friendly and reliable Counter Sales Associate to assist customers with marine parts and supplies. This position involves both customer-facing sales and light warehouse support. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-service oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced marine retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding parts and processing purchases at the counter.

• Look up part numbers, check inventory, and place stock or special orders.

• Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate departments.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Stock shelves and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

• Handle cash and operate the register/till accurately.

• Be punctual, professional, and a positive team player.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior marine parts or mechanical knowledge preferred — will train the right person.

• Basic computer and point-of-sale experience.

• Ability to lift heavy items (batteries, cables, hoses, inventory).

• Forklift certification a plus (may operate forklift occasionally).

• Clean background required.
