Location: Saraland, AL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: $27.00/hour | Temp-to-Perm or Direct Hire

About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Plant Mechanic to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on a range of plant and trailer equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair plant machinery and mechanical systems.

Troubleshoot and service pressure washer pumps, water pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, compactors, and balers.

Perform maintenance and repairs on trailers (no diesel engine work).

Support other employees within the maintenance department.

Follow all safety and operational procedures.
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience as a plant mechanic, maintenance technician, or similar role.

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with other maintenance staff.

Valid Alabama driver’s license (required).

Must reside in Mobile County, AL.

Pre-employment drug screen required.
Work Environment & Tools

Tools and PPE are provided by the company.

Maintenance team reports directly to the Plant Manager.
