Position Title: Regional Quality Control (QC) Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Quality Control Manager to oversee food safety, quality assurance, and compliance operations across multiple distribution centers in the region. This leadership role will be based in Irving, TX, and is vital in maintaining product integrity, customer satisfaction, and adherence to industry and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Control team across regional distribution centers.
• Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments of food safety programs and SOPs.
• Oversee training and development of QC personnel on food safety and quality protocols.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, and Procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain and analyze QC data, identifying trends and corrective actions.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, product complaints, and recalls.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or related field (Master’s preferred not required).
• 5+ years of experience in quality control within the food distribution or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (HACCP, SQF, GMP, FSMA).
• Proven leadership experience in a regional or multi-site role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
