Are you an experienced IT technician with a passion for managing and supporting warehouse systems? Join our team as a Warehouse System Support Manager in Irving, TX! We are seeking a dynamic individual with at least 5 years of IT technician experience, including managerial responsibilities, to oversee and enhance our warehouse technology infrastructure.
Pay: $47,500k

Job Purpose: Warehouse System Support Manager will provide managerial and operational support for all of the IT and telephonic needs of the warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Networking
- Warehouse System Support Manager assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting local IT infrastructure.
- Implements network security at the local level as established by corporate
Security Director.
- Oversees the administration and maintenance of the site’s IT infrastructure, and directs IT support personnel when necessary.
- Warehouse System Support Manager oversees the administration of the company LAN.
Telephony
- Manages and develops upgrades to the company telephone system at the local level.
- Warehouse System Support Manager oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments.
Training and Lab Maintenance
- Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and
software for company training programs and provides additional support if
necessary.
Internal Systems
- Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster
recovery and provides expert support when necessary.

- Ability to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variety of temperatures
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Days company closed: Christmas and New Years, Thanksgiving they work or work 1/2 day
- During their go-live period (projects) employees can work 10 hours a day
- Vacation Time Blackout period during busy season Company has blackout dates where no one can take vacation October-February
- The schedule usually 1st shift but must have open availability
