?? Salary: $100,000+ annually (commensurate with experience)

We’re seeking an experienced Permitting & Regulatory Supervisor to lead environmental permitting and compliance efforts. This is a key role for someone who understands regulatory frameworks and thrives on keeping operations aligned with state and federal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage environmental permitting processes across multiple sites

• Ensure full compliance with TCEQ, EPA, RRC, and other regulatory bodies

• Prepare and track permit applications, renewals, and amendments

• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants

• Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory agencies

• Develop and implement compliance procedures and protocols

• Support environmental audits and inspections

• Maintain organized and accurate records of permits and reports

• Train staff on permitting procedures and regulatory requirements

• Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and assess impact

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in environmental permitting or regulatory compliance

• Strong knowledge of applicable federal and Texas environmental regulations

• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
