Escrow Officer

L.K. Jordan has a direct hire position and we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Escrow Officer to join our growing Houston team. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional with a verifiable book of business to thrive in a supportive, team-based environment.

Position Details:

• Transaction Volume Expectations:

  • Minimum of 15–20 transactions per month

  • OR 4–5 larger transactions ($5 million or more)

• This is a new role created to support our increasing volume.

• All work is performed in-office; no travel required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Licensed TLTA Escrow Officer (Texas)

• Degree preferred, but not required

• Must have a verifiable book of business in Houston, including:

  • Named clients and/or estimated transaction volume

  • Professional reference checks

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on sales and customer service

• Experience in either residential or commercial escrow (residential is typical)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary starting at $65,000 (commensurate with book of business and experience; no salary ceiling)

• Monthly commission based on closed deals
