Job Title: Caulker / Sealant Applicator

Location: San Antonio

Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Caulker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying caulking and sealants to joints, seams, and gaps in buildings and structures to prevent water, air, dust, and insect infiltration. This role is crucial to maintaining the structural integrity and energy efficiency of residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply caulking and sealant materials to windows, doors, expansion joints, roofs, and other surfaces

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, removing old materials, and masking as needed

• Use hand tools and caulking guns to apply materials accurately and cleanly

• Inspect and ensure the quality of applied sealants and finishes

• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure project completion

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools

Requirements:

• Prior experience in caulking, painting, waterproofing, or construction (preferred)

• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

• Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts if required

• Attention to detail and a steady hand

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with different types of sealants (silicone, polyurethane, acrylic, etc.)

• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications

• OSHA certification (a plus)
