Job Summary:
This role focuses on managing incoming calls from customers and field staff, responding to emails, and providing administrative support. Duties include processing mail and checks, handling route paperwork, and preparing documents for the next day.
Pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Near Frost Bank Center
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer & handle incoming phone calls for deliveries, billing questions, or service needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk.
- Receive and sort mail and process checks.
- Various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry, clearing route/service paperwork.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, employees, and visitors.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
