Production Specialist
We are seeking a hands-on Production Specialist to join our creative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and assembling sign and graphic products for various business applications. You will work within a fully equipped sign production area, handling tasks such as cutting printed graphics using a variety of cutters, saws, and Exacto blades, and applying products to substrates. Occasionally, you may also perform field installations on vehicles and building interiors using a ladder. Attention to detail and the ability to follow work orders accurately are essential. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8:00am - 5:00pm or 7:00am - 4:00pm
Primary Responsibilities:

Follow layouts to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on predetermined substrates or mediums.

Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning.

Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images, adapting techniques based on size, vinyl type, and image complexity.

Perform quality assurance checks pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting Work Orders.

Conduct finishing operations such as laminating and mounting printed pieces.

Clean and maintain storage areas.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output.
Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background and drug screen

Must have sign experience

Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.

Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Ability to use light power equipment.
