Quality Control Inspector

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: 100% On-Site – North Austin, TX

$20- $23 hour DOE

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in North Austin. In this role, you will inspect electronic and mechanical components, sub-assemblies (PCBs, modules), and final RF/microwave products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards such as IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and GD&T.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using engineering drawings/specifications

• Identify and report product/process defects and support root cause analysis

• Conduct product and process audits to ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or engineering

• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and using measurement tools

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100D quality systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills

• High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework preferred
