Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Overseeing and coordinating office activities, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing facilities.
• Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Arrange Accounts Payable Contract checks to be mailed, picked up and/or sent by Fed-Ex.
Experience
• Previous experience in an Office setting.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with calendar management and clerical duties is beneficial.
• Proficiency in excel
• Reliable transportation
• Pass background check
• Pass UA Drug screen
Starts at $17/hr
