Position Overview

The Branch Coordinator provides critical administrative support to the branch sales team, corporate administration, and finance partners to ensure accurate processing and invoicing of equipment sales and rentals. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A highly organized and proactive professional with 5+ years of experience in administrative and operational support, preferably in a business services, sales-driven, or technology environment. Proven ability to support sales/service teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

  • Administrative Proficiency: Skilled in data entry, record-keeping, scheduling, and reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Process equipment orders, trade-ins, collateral exchanges, and related billing.
  • Verify accuracy of contracts, pricing, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, order processing).
  • Maintain monthly sales records and handle order entry.
  • Support weekly sales meetings and coordinate trade shows, events, and promotions.
  • Ensure completeness and compliance of paperwork before submission to Order Processing.


Job Requirements


  • Education: HS Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or 2+ years of college preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and EAutomate.
  • Work Environment: Desk-based; frequent computer and phone use.
  • Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
