Temporary Front Desk Office Clerk

Supporting busy condominiums located on the island through the summer.

Temporary position for 6-8 weeks / approximately 30-40 hours a week.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Check guest in/out

  • Answering phone

  • Make reservations

  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance

  • Customer service - assisting with complaints

  • Any additional support that is needed

 

To be considered, the following is required:

  • Prior office experience

  • Computer knowledge and experience

  • Customer service

  • Ability to work varied shifts to include holidays and weekends

  • Reliable transportation

  • Pass background check and drug screen

 

$14-$15 per hour, depending on experience
