Administrative Assistant/ Collections Assistant

Collection Assistant - Duration is month to month for 6-8 weeks.

Schedule: M-F 8 am - 5 pm or 8:15 am - 5:15 pm, potential OT, including Saturdays 8am-1pm, if needed.

 

Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner to help reduce delinquency and losses.

  • Responsibilities include but not limited to processing and follow up of repossessed collateral and impound notices, ensuring member insurance claims are processed and followed up on such as total loss, credit life/disability and GAP along with all other administrative tasks.

  • Comply with financial industry rules and regulations as required by law.

 

Requirements

  • Must have 1 year of progressive administrative experience.

  • Experience with financial or insurance in a fast-paced, high volume environment is a plus.

  • Must pass background check and UA Drug Screen

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and overtime as requested by management.

 

Pay is $18/hr.
