Position Overview:
The Full-Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the complete accounting cycle, including maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, and providing strategic financial support to management.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly

Prepare and process payroll, including tax filings and benefit deductions

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
-
Prepare and file sales tax and other compliance documentation
-
Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial updates

Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting

Coordinate with external CPA for tax preparation and audits

Implement and maintain internal financial controls

Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
-
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
-
Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)

Experience with payroll systems such as ADP or Gusto
-
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software

Excellent organizational and time management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in the plumbing, construction, or service-based industries
-
Must have Valid DL and clear MVR
-
Must pass background check and UA
$18-$22/hr. depending on experience
