Job Highlights:
Pay: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (occasional Saturdays)
Location: Lancaster, TX

Responsibilities:
Safely operate both Reach Truck (stand-up) and Sit-Down Forklifts
Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup
Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials and equipment
Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, and kitting
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow company policies, safety standards, and special handling instructions
Assist with returns, shipping/receiving, and inventory placement
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Reach Truck (stand-up forklift) and Sit-Down forklift experience
Prior experience with order picking, shipping, and receiving processes
Ability to lift medium to heavy materials and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending
Must pass required screenings and have a strong attendance history
