Job Highlights:
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time | 3rd Shift (Overnight) | No mandatory overtime
Location: Sugar Land, TX

Key Responsibilities:
Operate CO2, fiber, or UV laser systems for cutting, welding, and engraving
Interpret blueprints, CAD files, and schematics to guide setups
Inspect parts for quality; make machine adjustments as needed
Collaborate with engineering and production teams on prototypes and R&D
Log system settings, output, and maintenance details
Support general machining operations including lathe and mill work
Requirements:
2+ years of experience operating industrial laser machinery
Welding experience required
Familiarity with Trumpf, Epilog, IPG, or similar laser systems
Ability to read blueprints and use CAD/CAM software
Knowledge of laser safety standards (e.g., ANSI Z136.1)
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in solar, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing
Exposure to optics, photonics, or cleanroom procedures
Basic troubleshooting skills (mechanical/electrical)
