Job Highlights:
Pay: $28–$32/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct daily activities of assembly personnel
Train new team members and provide on-the-floor support
Distribute work orders, schematics, and build instructions
Ensure proper setup and functionality of tools and equipment
Conduct in-process inspections and resolve quality issues
Maintain 5S standards across workstations for cleanliness and safety
Monitor productivity, manage team schedules, and address attendance or performance issues
Participate in interviews and hiring decisions for new team members
Escalate production concerns that impact workflow or timelines
What You Bring:
1–2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and forklifts
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general PC tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read work orders and technical drawings
Strong knowledge of workplace safety and quality control standards
