Pay: $30–$33/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor new and existing QC Technicians
Oversee daily quality control inspections and technician workflows
Troubleshoot down to the component level across various product lines
Perform visual and mechanical inspections to engineering specifications
Create and update inspection procedures and work instructions
Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure ISO and company standards
Report on nonconformance issues and implement preventive actions
Maintain 5S and safety standards across quality areas
Collaborate with internal departments and support customer quality inquiries
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and process efficiency
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in quality control or related field
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with diagnostic tools (DMMs, current clamps, hand tools)
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ISO 9001 experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed
