In this vital full-time role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients—managing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple regions and warehouses.

What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end order processing in ERP and CRM systems
Monitor shipments and proactively communicate order status, delays, or updates
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues within established service levels
Support returns, product availability checks, and pricing inquiries
Guide customers on how to place orders online and navigate internal systems
Log and escalate complaints or complex issues to appropriate internal teams
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff for delivery timelines and special handling
Maintain accurate customer records, transactions, and communications in ERP system
Assist with product and customer reporting using real-time data and KPIs
Analyze trends and recommend service improvements based on customer data
What You Bring:
2–5 years of experience in B2B customer service or high-volume support
2–5 years of experience working in ERP/CRM systems for order/data management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database navigation
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
