In this vital full-time role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients—managing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple regions and warehouses.

Job Highlights:

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing in ERP and CRM systems

  • Monitor shipments and proactively communicate order status, delays, or updates

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues within established service levels

  • Support returns, product availability checks, and pricing inquiries

  • Guide customers on how to place orders online and navigate internal systems

  • Log and escalate complaints or complex issues to appropriate internal teams

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff for delivery timelines and special handling

  • Maintain accurate customer records, transactions, and communications in ERP system

  • Assist with product and customer reporting using real-time data and KPIs

  • Analyze trends and recommend service improvements based on customer data

What You Bring:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B customer service or high-volume support

  • 2–5 years of experience working in ERP/CRM systems for order/data management

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database navigation

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
