This client is an established and growing company seeking a motivated, results-oriented sales professional to help drive new business, build customer relationships, and contribute to their continued growth. Job Title: Sales Representative – Inside/Outside
Location: Houston, TX
Compensation: $65K base plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through cold calling, social media outreach, site visits, networking, and scheduled meetings.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to business owners and key decision-makers.
Customize proposals and solutions based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Meet and exceed assigned KPIs and sales goals.
Represent the client company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and continued satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2–3 years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales, preferably in the staffing, logistics, or service sectors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly motivated with a track record of exceeding goals.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn.
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
