Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Per Diem / 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: Starting at $200/hr (varies by location and experience, competitive for your market) with a 6-hour minimum guarantee

Overview:
Lincoln Healthcare is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide anesthesia services in outpatient dental and surgical settings across multiple U.S. locations. This per diem, independent contractor opportunity offers autonomy, predictable hours, and the ability to deliver high-quality care in low-volume, well-equipped facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, effective anesthesia for outpatient dental and surgical procedures.
Perform airway management and monitor patients throughout procedures.
Administer and titrate anesthetic medications including propofol, fentanyl, midazolam, and ketamine.
Respond appropriately to any intraoperative or post-operative emergencies.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a CRNA; experience with open airway sedation and anesthetic agents.
Licensing & Certification:
Active CRNA license in the state of practice
NBCRNA certification
Current BLS and ACLS certification
Preferred: Background in dental anesthesia, oral/maxillofacial surgery, or sedation dentistry.
Insurance: Must carry malpractice liability coverage of at least $1M/$3M.
