Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Dental Implant Centers (Per Diem | 1099)
Location: Multiple Locations | Schedule: Monday–Thursday Surgery Days Only, 6-8 hour days
Pay Rate: Starting at an average of $200/hr. (or Competitive & Market-Adjusted for your local market)
Lincoln Healthcare is currently seeking experienced CRNAs to join our growing network of providers for per diem 1099 opportunities at partner Dental Implant Centers across the United States. Providers will enjoy a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and the autonomy to self-schedule on surgery days.
Position Overview:
Setting: Dental implant surgery centers
Schedule: Monday–Thursday only (surgery days vary by location)
Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Per Diem)
Pay: Starting at $180–$200/hr, adjusted based on individual market competitiveness
Flexibility: Choose your own schedule through our app; commit to days that work for you
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for dental implant procedures
Collaborate with oral surgeons, surgical techs, and support staff in a high-quality, patient-centered environment
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards
Requirements:
Current and unrestricted CRNA license in the state of practice
Valid NBCRNA certification
BLS/ACLS certification
At least 1 year of anesthesia experience (dental anesthesia experience preferred, but not required)
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Comfortable working independently in an outpatient surgical setting
