The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the hospitality industry located in Denver, CO who is in search of a Resident Relations Associate on a direct hire basis. The Resident Relations Associate plays a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the property by managing maintenance, leasing, finance, and administrative tasks while enhancing resident satisfaction and retention. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to residents and serves as the primary liaison between the maintenance team and the community.
Job Title: Resident Relations Associate
Location: Denver, CO
Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, In-Office
Compensation: $19 - $24/hr
Responsibilities
- Support the Property Manager in meeting property and resident needs.
- Address resident complaints, maintenance requests, and follow up on work orders.
- Schedule repairs and resident meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, notices, and resident account paperwork.
- Assist with rent increases, late payments, collections, evictions, and the move-in/out process.
- Maintain resident files, lease applications, and deposits; assist with leasing as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Prior experience in residential real estate, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with Yardi or similar software is a plus.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
