The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the hospitality industry located in Denver, CO who is in search of a Housekeeper on a direct hire basis. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community. This includes upkeep of the grounds, vacant apartment homes, leasing office, amenity areas, and overall curb appeal.
Job Title: Housekeeper
Position Reports to: Property Manager
Location: Denver, CO
Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, In-Office
Compensation: $19 - $24/hr
Responsibilities
- Prepare vacated units for move-in by performing cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, amenities, offices, clubhouse, and model units.
- Conduct daily inspections to remove litter, debris, and pet waste, ensuring a well-maintained environment.
- Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow and adhere to interior maintenance schedules as directed.
- Complete minor and routine service requests promptly and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and coworkers.
- Comply with safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or general maintenance preferred.
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and irregular hours as needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and dusty environments.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to read and interpret service requests and follow oral/written instructions.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills to interact professionally with residents, team members, and business contacts.
- Basic knowledge of interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment.
- Understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Detail-oriented with high standards and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Apply common-sense understanding to execute instructions and solve practical problems.
- Ability to assess and address issues efficiently.
- Meet deadlines and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Commit to professional development and career growth.
- Participate in company training sessions and meetings as required.
