Customer Service Representative



Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.  Build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.


Duties:

  • Process orders through Ramp.
  • Prepare and send reports per customer request.
  • Schedule transportation times and dates for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Process all inbound shipments and outbound orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Answer all customer questions, using other departments when necessary to ensure accuracy of information relayed.
  • Assist the warehouse personnel with requests for cycle counts, lot counts, inventory, etc.
  • Works closely with accounts payable to make sure all customer charges are captured, and the billing sent to the customer is accurate.
  • Assist other CSR personnel when requested to do so.
  • Train others as asked to do so by your supervisor.
  • May be asked to assist in the warehouse if needed.
  • Organize and maintain customer files and paperwork sent to the warehouse.
  • Must maintain a good knowledge of the system programs used by ADS.
  • May be required to work overtime as the account workload dictates.
  • Keep sufficient supplies on hand to ensure efficiency in the office.

Logistics experience preferred.
