Labor Solutions is currently hiring for a 1st shift Customer Service Coordinator position in the Melrose Park, IL area.
 This Monday through Friday role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and basic computer experience. You’ll be working in a professional office environment, assisting with order processing and customer inquiries.

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems (Sage X3, SPS)

  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and product availability

  • Assist with invoice corrections, documentation requests, and order tracking

  • Route incoming calls professionally to appropriate team members

  • Provide accurate product information to customers

  • Support the customer service team with general administrative tasks

Work Hours and Pay:

  • Monday – Friday

  • 1st Shift

Customer Service Coordinator Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

  • Experience with Shopify or Gorgias is a plus, but not required
