Deburring

We're looking for an associates for the Deburr department for 1st or 2nd shift in the Libertyville area.
 
Shift Times:
 
7:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday.OT on Saturdays
3:30pm to 2:00am Monday-Thursday. OT on Fridays
 
Deburr Responsibilities:

-Warm area of the plant, can be hot. Recommend wearing long sleeve shirt.

- Running raw metal parts through machines making sure parts are completely free formrough or sharp edges

.- Check parts with hands/fingers for quality.

- Some possible grinding of metal parts to reduce sharp edges with a grinder.

- Pounding parts out physically with a mallet. This takes some strength.

- Lifting bins of parts, (Up to 35lbs) and dumping into machine.

- Quality checks and removing parts form machine are final phase

.- Need to be able to count in 10’s and 100’s for addition and subtraction.

 
 Physical Requirements and Duties:
- Ability to reach, turn, twist, and walk.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a work shift.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. at a time.
