Duties:
- Monitor order accuracy and proactively follow up with any anomalies.
- Lead internal CS process audits.
- Generate and manage customer-facing reports.
- Participate in pricing strategies discussions and communicate clearly.
- Create and manage orders, receipts, inventory adjustments and monthly invoicing.
- Answering phone calls, Microsoft teams calls/messages and emails.
- Systematic inventory control and maintaining cycle counts when required.
- Operate within two systems to fulfill tasks for both areas of the business.
Requirements:
- Speak and read English fluently (Bilingual English/Spanish helpful)
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and comfortable multi-tasking on a computer daily.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Relevant experience working in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
