Processing Lead
Shift: 8:00AM – 4:30PM, Monday-Saturday, with a random day off
Resume and in-person interview required
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead daily activities to ensure efficient production
Plan, coordinate and advise employees of work to be completed daily
Monitor performance of employees to ensure they follow established standards and procedures
Oversee daily set up of machinery and equipment prior to production for efficient and effective operation
Complete daily yield form
Make sure employees follow company guidelines and procedures
Must learn all products including multiple sizes and cuts of products
Qualifications:
Flexibility with the schedule and available to work overtime when needed
Must have prior experience in fresh food manufacturing environment
Ability to work in cold environment (below 40 °F)
