Quality Assurance

We are looking for 1st shift QA in the Chicagoland area Monday-Friday.

• Testing and Evaluation: QA professionals are responsible for testing software, websites, products, or services to identify bugs, defects, and areas for improvement.

• Test Plan Development: They create and execute test plans and strategies to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

• Defect Reporting and Tracking: QA professionals document and track defects, communicating them to developers and other stakeholders.

• Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, procedures, and results is crucial for tracking progress and ensuring accountability.

• Process Improvement: Beyond product quality, QA professionals also focus on improving processes and procedures to prevent future issues.

• Collaboration: QA professionals often work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Data Analysis: They analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Training and Development: QA professionals may also be involved in training and developing other team members on quality assurance procedures.

• Compliance: Ensuring products and processes comply with relevant standards and regulations.
